Our Professional Services Agreement allows us to focus on your project and plan your project details in advance with blueprints, renderings, and a detailed quote before you sign the Construction Agreement. This is part of our Fixed-Cost Pricing model, enabling you to maintain complete control over your budget all the way through construction.

Should I remodel or build?
This decision is ultimately based on circumstances and personal preference. If you love your location and plan to stay long-term, remodeling is a great idea and typically cheaper than building a Custom Home. However, building a Custom Home allows for an additional level of customization, with storage spaces and finishes that fit your family. Another advantage of a custom home is that all new components and systems are included, reducing maintenance and upkeep concerns.
What do I need to know before remodeling?

As a Fixed-Price contractor, we do a lot of work to determine exactly what is needed to accomplish your goals for the remodel. The final contract will be accurately calculated based on the site analysis, final drawings, scope of work, and materials selected. How long does a home remodel take?
The initial planning time can take as little as 4 weeks for a small bathroom and up to 3 months for a full home remodel, depending on the project size and amount of revisions needed.
