The Initial Consultation is typically held at our office with one of our Project Planners. If you’re out of state and planning a Move to Greenville, we can meet remotely. We’ll discuss build timelines, design objectives, and investment ranges. Following this meeting, you’ll move into our Professional Service Agreement.
Building a custom home involves countless decisions, which is why this agreement breaks the process into several phases — allowing us to fully plan every detail and give you an exact cost upfront, so you can move forward with an accurate quote, not an estimate.
You’ll meet with our Architectural Design Team, who will lead you through Concept Design, Schematic Design, and Design Development. At the end of this phase, you’ll have buildable designs for a home designed specifically around you and your lifestyle.
Once you've signed your Fixed Price Construction Agreement, you've officially crossed into one of the most exciting parts of the process — choosing the finishes that will make your home one-of-a-kind!
We use Buildertrend, our private online project management system, to keep all the details of your project in one place. This is where you’ll find invoices, selection approvals, project schedules, and more. Watch This Video to learn more about Buildertrend.
As a Custom Builder, we are proud to offer an endless variety of options. Our Interior Designer will guide you through choosing all the perfect finishes for your new home (lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, flooring, cabinets, and more!)
Once your project is through selections and on the schedule, you’ll meet the dedicated Site Manager who will be overseeing your build. They’ll be your point of contact throughout construction, and you will have their personal cell number. This direct line of communication means questions get answered quickly, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Throughout construction, you stay informed with updated schedules and walk-throughs at each completed phase. At each walk-through, you have the opportunity to approve the work that has been done and ask questions about upcoming phases. Our schedules are always visible to you, giving you full transparency and confidence that your project is on track at every step.

From the very first conversation to the final walk-through, this home was built around your goals, your lifestyle, and your family — and now it's finally time to enjoy it! We're dedicated to making this last step as smooth as possible, so the transition feels just as exciting as the day you first imagined this home.
The Building Industry has a reputation for extending far beyond deadlines. Our Pre-Final Walkthrough allows you and your Site Manager to finalize a list of the finishing touches necessary to meet your expectations and close out your project properly. Each item is completed before the Final Walkthrough, meaning your Final Walkthrough is actually final!
This last stage is our favorite — you finally get to move in and start truly living in your new home! Our commitment to you doesn't end at move-in, either: every home comes with a workmanship warranty and an additional 10-year third-party structural warranty, giving you confidence that your investment is protected for years down the road. We can't wait to see the years of memories you'll make here.
