Preserving Details

One key element our clients wanted to preserve was the custom mirror they loved, which also helped make the room feel much larger. Our production team carefully completed the demolition around it, successfully saving this delicate piece. Replacing the light fixtures modernized the space without losing the mirror.

Custom Closet Design

Many remodels focus on kitchens and bathrooms, but in this condo, the closet was one of the most impactful changes we made. Our team designed custom cabinetry and shelving tailored to our client's clothing and accessories, ensuring everything has a home.

Hall Bathroom Renovation

Another important part of this project was the hall bathroom. It also required a complete overhaul, with everything removed down to the studs. The new tile shower features a beautiful mosaic tile floor, sparkling glass enclosure, and three custom niches. The modern vanity incorporates a beveled edge pull instead of traditional hardware, creating a clean, contemporary look. The bronze mirror and plumbing fixtures are the icing on the cake.
