During High School, Mark began working in the construction industry, as a roofer. Following High School, he worked as a carpenter for a remodeling company. After several years of full-time work in the trades, Mark decided to pursue formal education in the construction industry. He attended Bob Jones University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. His passion for continued learning led him to complete his Master’s in Business Administration.

In 2010, Mark founded Ferguson Builders. A design-build remodeling and custom home building company. During the developing stages of the company, Mark set out to answer the three questions he felt clients feared. Would they get what they were dreaming about? Would the project be completed in a timely matter? And would they pay a fair price without price or budget increases? The three questions led to the Ferguson Builders difference. We are going to do what we say we’re going to do, when we say we’re going to do it, for the price we agreed to.

To make it all possible, Mark partners with outstanding designers, vendors, and architects across the upstate to design, plan, and execute their clients’ dream projects. With accurate designs in hand, the team at Ferguson Builders was then able to resolve the second and third fears by planning, scheduling projects precisely, and providing guaranteed fixed pricing. This ultimately led Ferguson Builders to become the design-build team that it is today – completing 30-50 remodels or new builds each year.

Cat is originally from Las Vegas, NV, and relocated to Greenville in 2018 with her family, which was a significant transition for her. However, she appreciates the opportunities for growth and development that Greenville offers, but don't get her started on the infrastructure!

She brings with her a wealth of management and administrative experience that ensures the office operates efficiently, providing exceptional service to our clients. She discovered her love for construction and interior design while playing the Sims and creating virtual homes. She enjoys paddleboarding and designing her own home during her free time.

Anna was born and raised in Greenville, SC. She graduated from Bob Jones University with a BFA in Graphic Design and joined our team as a Marketing Coordinator. She loves telling Ferguson Builder’s story and showing off the team’s incredible work through our social media, website, and print pieces.

Off the clock, you can find Anna playing with her German shepherd, at a local coffee shop, or making yet another playlist.

Bruce was born in Virginia and spent most of his professional career in Melbourne, FL. He and his family moved to Spartanburg, SC, in 2020 and have been enjoying exploring the area.

He has 20 years of experience in the home improvement industry, 10 years in remodeling design, and is an NKBA trained designer. He enjoys discovering the path to the client’s goals in a  project. His most memorable interactions are walking a client through options for a space that had never crossed their minds and seeing their face light up when they found a better way forward.

Hutson is a native of Spartanburg, SC and resides there now with his wife. Hutson brings a wealth of knowledge in the construction industry, particularly in cabinetry and other home storage solutions. He has held various roles including Project Management, Estimating, Purchasing, and more. With his experience and attention to detail, Huston is a great fit for creating accurate budgets for our clients. His favorite part of the job? He “enjoys seeing the dreams and visions of others come to reality.”

Cecelia has an Associate's Degree in Interior Design as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management & Supervision. She has worked in the industry for 6 years as an interior designer managing new construction and remodel projects.

Cecelia loves working with clients to overcome challenges and make their dreams a reality. She is passionate about keeping up with trends and incorporating them into a timeless design. What she enjoys about interior design is the opportunity to do a little bit of everything – there's no phase of new construction or remodeling that doesn't benefit from the perspective of an interior designer!

Jocelyn works with our design team as a Draftsman & Selections Coordinator. Jocelyn moved from Colorado to Greenville in 2019. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture and Design and has a special interest in drafting. Her travels outside of the United States greatly influenced her love for design.

She works hard to make a client’s design vision a reality and enjoys seeing the end results!

Josh came all the way from the West Coast to join our team. He brings experience in remodels and new builds as well as how various construction companies operate.  While he is talented in many areas of construction, one of his main interests and talents is in troubleshooting electrical issues.

Nathan grew up in Poynette, a small town in Southern Wisconsin. He joined the Army and was stationed in Clarksville, Tennessee. Nathan and his wife wanted to settle down and start a family, so they researched and prepared for months before deciding that Greenville was the perfect place for them.

He began working as an electrician in high school and eventually moved on to remodeling homes. Initially, he enjoyed the craft and creativity involved in construction and now has come to appreciate the culture and people he encounters through his work. He is passionate about helping others solve problems in their homes or make their dreams a reality. He finds fulfillment in knowing that his work has a positive impact and strives to be the best he can be.

Eric, who is from Oswego, IL, decided to move his family to Greenville in search of warmer weather, the absence of snow, and plenty of outdoor activities. He realized that there was more to the world than flat land and corn fields and found Greenville to be the ideal place to discover the diverse wonders it has to offer.

He is highly experienced with over 20 years in new construction and remodeling industry. With a deep passion for his craft, he loves transforming raw materials into tangible realities for the client. He finds immense satisfaction in bringing dreams to life and creating spaces that exceed expectations. He is an avid CrossFit enthusiast, although he will openly confess his dislike for burpees.

Santiago, originally from Mexico, moved to Greenville to complete his high school education. He enjoys experiencing all seasons in Greenville as well as the small town atmosphere.

With several years of experience in carpentry and painting, Santiago is passionate about construction and finds great satisfaction in seeing project from start to completion. He enjoys working with others to bring a project to life and seeing the variety of styles we are able to create.

Nathan recently moved from Georgia to be closer to family. He has an impressive resume of carpentry experience from framing and drywall to crown molding and painting! His passion is making things beautiful and he enjoys that Jesus was a carpenter as well!

William was born in Upstate NY near the Baseball Hall of Fame! He attended SUNY Delhi in NY and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Architecture. In 2022, he moved to South Carolina with his wife and two kids. He has extensive experience in carpentry and trim and loves using his skills to bring dreams to life! William has several hobbies including collecting diecast cars and enjoying the outdoors.
