CUSTOM HOMES GALLERY

From the drawing table through the construction Our Process all the way to picking the final furnishings, Our Team will support your dreams! Here is a sample of some Custom Homes we have built.

Piedmont Custom Home

Situated in the countryside of Piedmont, SC, this home was designed for a busy young family. It includes 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, an office, media room, and 3-car garage. The exterior features specialty field stone from North Carolina that the owner fell in love with. As a Custom Builder, we offer unique materials like this stone, setting us apart from semi-custom builders.

This family loves entertaining, so we prioritized expansive entertainment areas in this home. The sprawling open living area connects to the covered porch, allowing guests to flow from room to room with ease. An expansive 13-foot kitchen island provides extra cooking space and additional seating. The large master retreat includes a 10’ zero-entry shower, a spacious master closet, and a private laundry room. A media room is located above the garage, constructed with sound-reductive materials, ensuring tranquility for the rest of the home.

What is not pictured is the energy efficiency of this home. We sealed this home with foam insulation which prevents air transfer, then engineered a make-up air system allowing conditioned air into the home for healthy airflow. The crawl space is also encapsulated and conditioned to prevent mold growth.

Creek Ridge Home

This couple’s first home sits on a beautiful lot bordered by a creek. It includes 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living areas, and an office. The house is 2,679 square feet, excluding the 2-car garage.

The thoughtful design extends to the upstairs office, designed to function as a music room. With this in mind, this room was fortified with sound-minimizing materials. Like the music room, other special features of this home are below the surface. For example, each plumbing fixture has a dedicated water line, enabling more consistent water flow throughout the home.

“We appreciated the craftsmanship…, their custom design process and felt we could really trust Mark and his company to manage our project and help us build our dream home.”

Travelers Rest Home

Built to be a forever home, The Travelers Rest Custom Home is nestled in six acres of rolling forest hills. The homeowners enjoy the outdoors and wanted to have space to enjoy the wildlife on their property, so we included a spacious front porch and screened porch behind their home.

The interior features simple, elegant finishes and serene colors. The kitchen has semi-custom floor-to-ceiling cabinets and quartz countertops with ceramic subway tile. Every detail was considered, including accessibility features: single-story, minimal steps, and zero-entry showers. etc, ensuring that the homeowners can enjoy the comfort of this home for years to come.

Greenville Guest Cottage

This charming Craftsman-style Guest Cottage (ADU) features a spacious living area with a vaulted ceiling and statement pendant lights that light up a cozy kitchenette. With its versatile design, this space could double as a hobby studio, kids' playroom, or a personal home gym! The full laundry room and bedroom suite tucked away in the back make a perfect retreat for out-of-town guests seeking privacy. French doors lead to a beautiful patio space for relaxing outside.

The Suite Barn

Crafted to mirror the aesthetic of the Piedmont home, this oversized barn offers a generous 1,900 square feet of space on its ground level. Our client utilizes the large space for numerous hobbies including woodworking, fine-tuning his race car, and building a doughnut trailer. 10-foot garage doors accommodate the storage of large equipment and recreational vehicles.

The barn also features a 1,100 square foot apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. This guest apartment is ideal for hosting visiting family and friends.

The barn’s solar panels supply energy for the home and barn, significantly reducing its ecological footprint.
