The Entertainer’s Dream Home

This home was designed for a family near Greer. The 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home includes an office, media room, and 3-car garage. The exterior includes specialty field stone from North Carolina that the owner fell in love with. We enjoy including items like this to make each home unique to each client. 

This family especially loves entertaining so designing large entertainment areas were key. The generous open living area and covered porch allows for guests to flow from room to room with ease. The expansive 13 foot kitchen island provides extra cooking space as well as additional seating.

The sizable master retreat includes a 10’ zero-entry shower, large master closet, and its own laundry room. A media room was included over the garage. It was constructed with sound-reduction materials to create the perfect media room and also features 4 bed nooks.

The Roebuck Countryside Home

This 3,520 square foot home was built on a country plot in Roebuck. It features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths with an office and large bonus room over the 2-car garage.  

The 2-story family room and open kitchen provide a wonderful open area for guests. The screened porch and expansive patio offer additional entertainment space. 

The breakfast area adjacent to the kitchen is a peaceful place to enjoy the scenery that this land offers.

The Creek Ridge Home

This home was designed and built as a couple’s first home. It is located on a large lot bordered by a creek. It contains 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath with 2 living areas and an office. It is 2,679 square feet not including the 2-car garage. 

The upstairs office was designed to function as a music room. With this in mind, this room was fortified with sound-minimizing materials. Like the music room, other special features of this home are below the surface. For example each plumbing fixture has it's own dedicated water line, enabling more consistent water flow throughout the home.

The Suite Barn

This oversize barn was designed by our draftsman to mimic this Greer homeowner’s home. With 1,900 square feet of space on level 1, this client enjoys the large space for woodworking and fine-tuning his race car. The massive set of 10 foot garage doors allows for easy storage of larger equipment and toys. 

The barn also has a 1,100 square foot apartment containing 3 bedrooms and 2 baths which allows for hosting visiting family and friends with ease. 

The solar panels on the roof largely supply the energy needs of the barn and the home.

The Foothills Barn

This barn is currently being designed to coordinate with this client’s existing home in the foothills near Furman University. The large barn doors will make backing boats in and out a breeze. The surrounding area of the barn will have a rustic patio with a fire pit, providing a cozy area for gathering friends and family. The side shed roof will serve as covered outdoor storage for firewood. 

Investment Duplex

This Taylors duplex offers 2 separate living spaces of 1,102 square feet of living space and 43 square feet of exterior storage space. Each side has an open kitchen, dining, and living area along with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. This duplex has proven to be a great investment.
